Order and Payment Process
Your online payment is private and secure through our Shopify gateway. Once your order is received, we will e-mail you a receipt with shipping details. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Your package should arrive within 3-4 days after purchase. If your order is out of stock, we will inform you on it’s status.
If there is any discrepancy with the order process, we will e-mail you to clarify the situation.
We save your information for marketing and demographic purposes only. You will added to our ‘Fermata Family’ newsletter of which you may opt-out at any time.

We ship your order from lovely Tucson, Arizona. All orders include FREE shipping via USPS to all 50 states in the United States. We are not taking any orders outside the United States at this time. All orders are packed securely and include the clip-on, a card with our Mission statement, website URL to purchase essential oils and information on the LifeBlood Live Program.

Return & Refund Policies
First of all, thank you for your purchase and support of the LifeBlood Live Program.
We take great care in creating a quality product and delivering it to you securely. If you receive a damaged or different product, contact us within 10 days of your order for replacement details.
In the rare case that you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 days of purchase and we will send you a return order and refund your payment. Allow up to six days after we receive your return for your refund to take effect.
