Thursday, April 26, 2018
5:30 – 7:30 PM
We want to thank all those who attended and got the information needed if they have an issue.
Thank you also to our presenters for their knowledge and support!
Why This Event?
As a musician, artist or creative, we deal with our share of stress, anxiety and depression. The pressure of a creative, entrepreneurial career can sometimes get the best of us. There’s the stress of life balance, external pressure from family and alleged friends, unreasonable goals, lack of accountability or a support system, the search for perfection. Not to mention drugs, alcohol and other addictive habits.
Musicians and creatives are THREE TIMES more prone to suffer from stress, anxiety and depression than non-musicians. In this FREE event, we will present four lifestyle and wellness experts who will discuss techniques to help musicians and creatives individuals with these issues.
Our quartet of experts, each with a different way to combat the issue, to give you the knowledge, support and resources you need. During this panel discussion, each speaker will present their approach to the stress and depression we all feel at times. After the presentation, you’ll be able to ask specific questions about your situation.
Musicians, creatives, artists, students and friends that you know that have these issues are urged to attend. You are also encouraged to bring your flyers, business cards and media and network with other musicians and creatives in attendance.
The importance of recognizing you have an issue is essential to having a fulfilling life and career. We feel it’s vital that you find the right solutions and support.
Can we all agree that we have something incredible to give the world with our talents? Can also agree that having the right mindset and foundation will help us deal with those times when we feel disillusioned? Can we agree that this event will help? Yeah, we can. On all three points.
We invite all musicians, artists and creatives in the Tucson, Phoenix and surrounding areas to join us. This is FREE event. We feel strongly that this conversation will help now and as you continue your creative careers. It’s too important to miss.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!
